Jeff DrakeIt began with pain in my knees (IT Band) that prevented me from running any distance over 2 miles. While attempting to run through the pain, I began to experience tightness and discomfort in my right hip. After just 3 visits to Performance Chiropractic, I learned that my injuries were all related.
